This book develops ideas about organized economic crime and attends different discussions addressed from the framework of Criminology. The publication consists of three articles. The article by José Simonetti analyzes the historical linkage of economic crimes with the capitalist social order and the market game. The second article by Mariano Ciafardini studies economic crimes from a criminological perspective that includes the political question. Finally, the article by Antonella Comba and Hernán Olaeta refers to the production of scientific knowledge about organized economic delinquency.
