This is a report elaborated by the Justice Studies Center of the Americas, published in 2010, regarding  the investigation and prosecution of complex crimes in Latin America.

Chapter IV, section VI.A, refers specifically to corruption and economic crime. It contains information produced by CIPCE’s investigations, and analysis made by us about the performance of the prevention and prosecution system regarding these crimes.
